These new consultation cards help you to manage client data, including an area to record Covid 19 symptoms. At Bio Sculpture we are renowned for our professional approach and training led nail gel systems. This form helps you to understand if your client has ever had a nail allergy to another product. It then helpfully explains the correct course of treatment. These cards come in a pack of 25 and can be used with our refill cards for each client.
