• You will be sent your online pre learning which needs to be completed 14 days before your in- person course starts. If you fail to complete your online pre learning, we may have to change your in person training day to ensure you have completed it.

• Your training day will run from 09:30 – 16:30 where the Educator will assist you and track your progress throughout the day.

• Personalised feedback on your work to help you be the very best!

• If the Educator feels that you would benefit from additional tuition prior to certification, you will receive feedback and be invited to re-attend at no additional cost.

• Once you have successfully passed your training you will be sent your certificate in the post. These can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
