Volunteering for Age UK Hertfordshire
Over the past week the Bio Sculpture GB Team have spent some time volunteering with a wonderful group at a centre in Hertfordshire. Promoting the wellbeing of the older generation to help make later life in Hertfordshire a fulfilling and enjoyable experience
A group of us from Bio Sculpture HQ went for the lunch time group every day and helped out with arts, crafts, quizzes, dance and other activities of the day
We loved meeting all the wonderful people at the lunch time group. Thanks to the wonderful team at the South Oxhey Age UK Centre for having us. The team there do an amazing job, with very little funding, creating an essential hub for the whole community.
We can't wait to go back for another charity week later in the year!
